- 4 photo passports
- Copy of your identity card or your individual registrat
- Criminal record (dated not less than 3 months)
- A certified copy of your university diploma (a certificate of the diplomain case you didn’t get your diploma yet
- Equivalence of the diploma if you are non-Lebanese Universitygraduate or from a foreigner university. For more information, you can review the website of the Ministry of Education; applications are submitted at the secretariat. For more info concerning the equivalence check the link below:

Upon receiving the complete documents and after accepting the affiliation request by the syndicate, the concerned person is notified and the acceptance decision is effective after paying the required fees:
Opening a file: 50000 LBP
Annual registration : 50000 LBP
Membership card : 10000 LBP
Total: 110000 LBP
- OPTIONAL Visibility materials:
A car card additional: 10,000 LBP
A pen with syndicate logo: 5,000L.L
A cup with the syndicate logo: 7,500L.L.
